This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Sale, which include a mandatory arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll notify you via email if that's the case.
Please note that processing time does not include carrier transit time.
2. Shipping & Transit Times
After your order ships, you can expect delivery within 7–14 business days depending on your location. We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and trusted partners.
Estimated transit times are just that — estimates. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur and do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your patience when they do.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order details, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier — if you notice a delay in scan updates, that's normal. For delivery-specific questions, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered," "Notice Left," or "Attempted Delivery." After that point, Marava is not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, or property damage at the delivery location. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or that your delivery address is secure.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Marava is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend:
If the carrier marks your package as lost before delivery, we'll investigate and, at our discretion, replace or refund your order.
Marava does not issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit, customers may also file a claim directly with the carrier.
7. Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, non-pickup, or customs issues, the following apply:

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated.
Customs-related delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. If a package is returned due to customs non-payment or refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping and re-delivery fees.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maravahealth.com with:
We'll make it right. Claims submitted without adequate documentation or after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, as they are paid directly to our logistics and carrier partners. Refunds for verified errors on our part will cover the product cost only, unless otherwise required by law.
