Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from Marava ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products completely. If you are not satisfied with your Marava purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — no lengthy explanations required.

To qualify for our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 60 days of your delivery date
  • This guarantee is valid on your first order only and is limited to one refund per household
  • No physical return is required for opened or used products
  • A brief note about your experience may be requested to help us improve

To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@maravahealth.com with your order number and we'll take care of you promptly.

2. 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products)

If you'd like to return an unopened product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original, sealed, and undamaged condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team before shipping anything back

Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed and will not be returned to sender. Unless the return is due to a verified error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please act promptly if you need to make any changes.

Address or Item Changes

Contact us at support@maravahealth.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters fulfillment, but cannot guarantee modifications after that point.

Cancellations

Because our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately upon order placement, we are generally unable to cancel orders once placed. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will make every effort to intercept your order — but this cannot be guaranteed.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you'd like to return your order after delivery, please refer to our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee or Return Policy above for eligibility and instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maravahealth.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will replace or refund verified claims promptly. If damage or defect cannot be verified, we reserve the right to deny the replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded outside of our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, except where prohibited by law:

  • Opened or used consumable products (supplements, etc.) beyond the 60-day guarantee window
  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers
  • Free gifts, bonus items, or post-purchase add-ons
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
  • Digital products, downloads, or coaching sessions
  • Subscription renewals or rebills
  • Free + shipping offers

Note on promotional items: If your order included a free item as part of a promotion and you return the paid item, the free item must also be returned unused. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Subscription & Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a Marava subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the interval disclosed at checkout. In compliance with ROSCA and FTC Negative Option Rule requirements:

  • Billing terms are clearly presented at checkout
  • You must affirmatively consent to subscription billing

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@maravahealth.com or through your account portal

  • Cancellation stops all future billing; past charges are non-refundable
  • Free trial or promotional rates will convert to standard pricing unless cancelled before renewal

7. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Marava is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at support@maravahealth.com before initiating a chargeback — we're committed to making things right. Initiating a chargeback for issues covered under this Policy is considered a breach of our Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to block future purchases, suspend customer accounts, and provide full documentation to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

9. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or excessive return attempts
  • Shipping address mismatches
  • Abuse of our policies or promotional offers
  • Use inconsistent with product guidelines

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
